      Poor management at every level!

      Pros

      It's a feel-good job. You feel like you're making a difference. It's almost like volunteerism, only you get paid a very minimal salary to perform it.

      Cons

      Poor - even unreasonable pay. Emphasis is in making sales to earn commission, which is extremely limiting. A female dominated field; expect lots of drama, cliques, and politicking.

      The cons of working for this company far outweigh any possible pros I might, and I stress might, have been able to come up with that I will simply move on to the next section.

      Cons

      Let's start with the most glaring issue, which is an absolutely dreadful, unprofessional, and inexperienced management team. From the very top, down to the bottom, there is no integrity or leadership to be found. With that being said, let me list a few more, of the endless cons that are popping into my head: - You will receive NO support from management or corporate.....NONE! - Overwhelming majority of center managers are unqualified and unprofessional - Never-ending tedious reporting (5+/day) = Definition of micromanaging - There is a 0% chance of any career advancement above the center level - Company policies and protocols contradict one another and will change daily - You will work holidays and must find your own coverage if you want to use any PTO - The centers are extremely understaffed and the goals passed down are perplexing and unattainable I could go on for days, but to sum it up, if you are an intelligent human being with aspirations to become great in your chosen field, stay far away from this company!!
