I am not happy working for Medifast, no one ever seems to know what is going on because things are always changing.

The benefits that are offered are good.

Cons

Center employees are treated very poorly. Center employees are expected to work very long hours including holidays. No one in the company ever seems to know what is going on because policies are always changing. They say they like to promote within but I have never seen this happen.

It was OK while it lasted, but ended very suddenly and without warning.

Pros

The company is growing very fast and in some areas there is growth potential.

Cons

The middle management is conused by some of the growth and change. Positions are open and need to be filled with quality candidates, however the current structure does not allow for those who challenge the "Good Ole Boys" way of doing things.
