Medifast has put a lot of time and thought into the culture of the company. Building and maintaining relationships, cross-functional collaboration and ensuring our core values and success drivers are embedded into everything we do are of utmost importance. Medifast listens to what employees have to say (through periodic surveys) and takes action on the areas that need the most attention. The industry is ever-changing, which allows for interesting and challenging work. Ideas are heard and there is a lot of opportunity to try new things.
