Business Outlook
Pros
- We have an unbelievable mission and can really impact our Client's lives. The company does a good job of reminding us how the contributions we make have a real impact -The employees I work with have a "can do" attitude. There's always healthy dialogue to better understand an objective and then create solutions. We are always thinking about the success of our Coaches and Clients and not our own personal interests. -Management does a good job of communicating strategy which helps keeps teams focused on near term and long term goals.
Cons
Overall our employee recognition has improved a lot of the past couple of years. However, the "Aced It" program (recognition) can feel forced at times.
