      Pros

      -Wonderful company that encourages a healthy environment for all employees -Team environment as well, if you ever need help with anything, there are plenty of resources and co-workers that are always around to help -Very fair work schedules -PTO, Sick, and Holiday time -Offers a mentor program to help their employees grow how they see fit -Opportunities for advancement and the company has a lot of locations in the U.S so transferring is an option -You have chances to attend company events to see how the work your doing is effecting the world

      - I don't have a con and no company is perfect but Medifast tries to make the work environment the best it possibly can for all its employees

      Team chemistry is a plus Interactivity between departments makes for sustainable workload Reliable sourcing. If you need something you can find it whether it be information or strategies. Team management Reasonable scheduling and deadlines Feeling like you are apart of something bigger You are the backbone to an amazing community of Coaches. You will not feel expendable but encouraged. Diverse environment As an employee the company values your presence and they will show it.

      - Communication - Recognition - Potential to feel overwhelmed but supported. - For those who are team players you kind of have to involve yourself first before you get that feeling. Not often someone will reach out to include you. - Needs to feel more like a family in business. - Please be welcoming of new ideas not necessarily from just your leaders but their staff as well.

      Decent bonuses, some very nice people

      Cons

      No willingness to build things the right way, no architectural vision or support. Motivated developers are allowed to splash around in their own sandbox but don't get the resources they need to make any significant change. Many devs there get by with the minimum amount of work possible. Had one guy who was respected as the leader of our team but just stared at his phone and articles online all day. That guy would do nothing all day but insert himself into conversations with management. Had another guy who fell asleep in meetings. It's just not an environment for motivated developers who want to learn and make things better.
