      I started here as a contractor and happily came on full-time. I've been working here a little over two years and couldn't be happier. My manager is extremely down-to-earth and helpful when it comes to any questions I may have. He gives me clear direction and is always looking to help further my career with the company. HQ in Baltimore is beautiful. We're currently still remote but are planning to return to work 2-3 days a week in October.

      Cons

      Maybe pay could be slightly better. I'm sure management is making a lot and I wish I was making more even though I'm at a lower seniority level. I wish we could stay working remotely. Going back to the office after so much time away I feel is unnecessary.
