The owner of this location is unprofessional and his demeanor is condescending. It seems that the company only cares about making a profit and doesn't care about their clientele.

Pros

Flexible schedules, free food, gym membership with FREE personal training are a plus. Great atmosphere and fun employee events. For the most part, leadership is solid and focused on our strategic goals. Really feel as though we're making a difference in peoples' lives.

Cons

Promotions have just begun to be the norm. In the past, they weren't as often.

Happy, friendly, fun place to work. Not much growth yet, even though they say there is. Corporate is in maryland, more growth there.company picnics,Xmas parties, baseball games, monthly pot lucks,3week vacation time.great benefits.

Still a growing company. Not good raises with promotions or annual reviews
