      -Co-workers are nice - Team meetings to help train you - Give you verbal appreciation

      Cons

      - 2-hour lunches - Hours are long, only get one day off each month (need to request the day) - Extended Saturday hours - Will ask you to help out at other centers (Long drives)

      Coworkers really cared; getting to know the clients was fun, the manager and rest of the team truly showed the values that the center (Servant leadership); benefits available after 90 days, the day moved quickly

      Cons

      required to work 3 Saturdays a month, split shifts during the week, if not enough business could be sent home early, very strict dress code (business professional even on Saturday)
