      Pros

      A highly adaptive company which adapts to a fast pace changes in the industry. While doing that they gear up and empower the employees to enhance our skills and to be an active part in the company's mission.

      Cons

      Nothing that I know of that is specifically a Con to Medifast. The company is already in a spree to improve in all the aspects, especially improving HR functions, idea sharing, org wide collaborations etc.
