Pros

Client interaction was extremely positive, welcoming environment, everyone had a team player attitude which helped to increase morale.

Cons

They started eliminating bonus incentives which made morale plummet. The desire to increase sales took away from the ability to give clients the service they needed.

Taking a job in the call center will make you appreciate your next job someplace else!

Cons

Considering a csr job in the Medifast call center? My advice? Run, don't walk to your next job interview. High turnover of reps. Not unusual for 4 out of 5 new reps to have quit or been fired within 6 months. But if you have no other choice take the job while you keep looking. Don't believe the "we are family" b/s. Get stuck in a snowstorm? A car hits you on the way to work making you late? You'll get dinged for it.

Pros

The structure of the company creates a great work environment and you can learn a lot about proper nutrition working here. I am pretty new but we have a lot of random fun like with contests and secret santa drawings, and although we are serious about our jobs, we do not always have to keep a serious attitude. A lot of laughter happens in the office.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule is "split" so you have four hours off in the middle of the day, but that doesn't happen very often.
