Pros

Compensation is good, you get paid every week so that's a bonus. Great support within the company and friendly co-workers is always a plus.

Cons

Expect to travel quite a bit and be stressed out every day on the road if you are an outside sales representative but the worst part is the manager(s) and higher up with unrealistic expectations and demands. Lots' of disorganization in the warehouse which leads to angry customers who come at you for the same issue(s) - delay in products. Yet management will just tell you the same BS and push customers off so they don't have to deal with them. Be prepared for a great deal of stress and okay compensation.
