Pros
I don't feel anything positive for this company as there is a huge disparity between the employees working in a warehouse and the head office. As the teams are small so you can get to learn about broader things not just specific tasks.
Cons
Micromanagement HRs have having monopoly over managers and they don't have the authority to make decisions for their team not even about their time off. Lack of communication Biased Tremendous workload - very difficult to balance between personal and professional life. Overburdened all the time. Not supporting management- if employee gets sick but selfish when they need their work done.
