      Pros

      Some employees higher up seem to be wanting changes to happen, but it doesn't seem to go through. A job here is sometimes better than no job...

      Cons

      Management doesn't trust employees. They changed how time is tracked, yet they still want us to make up every minute missed. A lot of managers are inaccessible. You have to almost stop breathing if the president walks by you. Benefits aren't clear when you start. A lot of traffic in the area. Limited parking spaces. You need to walk far because of that.

      Employees are some of the best people you will ever meet. There is also Free parking but you should bring your ice skates in the winter months.

      Cons

      Ownership does not care about you! Apply here only if the bank is about to seize your home! It is a complete toxic environment! Stay away from this place. Commission structure changes to benefit ownership and NEVER the sales rep! The person who published the review dated August 1st was clearly the OWNER. In the past 1.5,years over 30+ sales reps have come and gone! Quotas are designed for you to FAIL and are sales goals are completely unattainable! If you like working for a GREEDY owner and over controlling management this is the place for you! Take your talent elsewhere!
