      Great and knowledgeable staff that is eager to help new employees Good working hours Ample parking is available Possibility for upward mobility in the company

      Lots of traffic to get there The breaks are unpaid, unfortunately Some employees don't take their full breaks - overworked maybe?

      There are no pros with this company.

      -they make you clock in an out and deduct minutes off your paycheck if you arrive late yet don't give the minutes back when you work overtime -upper management has their jobs because they are the owners favorites; very few are actually competent -runs like a family owned business -horrible pay -doesn't care about employees benefits -everyone works in a 3ftx2ft cubicle -phone calls and computer activity Re strictly monitored The list goes on an on
