- It is a fairly consistent job, only one mass layoff - Although small and every year decreases, almost always get some sort of yearly bonus and raise - Decent accruing time off hours, can roll over and are added each month

Cons

Low pay Virtually NO chance of moving up Micromanaging then micromanaging that micromanaging Low pay Upper management is completely out of touch An ever increasing change in work from home rules/regulations Will send out updates, knowing there are MULTIPLE issues with them Low pay Inconsistent in-office requirements NO communication with upper management, completely removed quarterly meetings with management Low pay
