Mid to low range salary for the industry standard, but the benefits + bonuses make up for this a bit (Meditech pays 90% of health insurance premiums, and for a family package health insurance is $18k+ a year so that's huge - and then bonuses have typically been ~4% of your last 5 commulative salary so for a $40k per year employee of five years will get a $10k bonus every year, but having a $45k salary as a programmer is pretty low).
