Pros

Great Benefits - Employees are compensated well. Especially Medical... Pay 90% (premium's not cheap) and it's great coverage as well. Environment - Nicely furnished buildings, office environment is also great. and open. Get some great views depending on building. Management - (Personal) Very open, and accommodating Meditech is a great place to begin a career, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

Pay - Your making far from minimum wage but definitely below average pay for programmers at least... (Can't speak for other professions) Programming Language - Unless your into home grown languages. Cell Service in buildings - You shouldn't be on it anyway!

Pros

It's a joy to work in this environment - beautiful offices, pleasant co-workers, upper management that is approachable and friendly. Long term loyalty is well rewarded, and the bonus program is fantastic! It's also nice to be working for such a secure company - no layoffs in 40+ years in business. The work is very interesting and challenging.

Cons

Starting salaries are a little lower than other places, but long term loyalty is rewarded and raises are generous.

- Great salary.. not sure what others were talking about, started at 37500 and was bumped up to 41100 within a year - Great benefits - Insurance, vacation, sick time - Good management - Lenient enough that they don't sweat the small stuff and are willing to work with you

Cons

- Many applications with many people working at each means many people to talk to when resolving a single issue - Not always structured trainings
