Good health insurance and work-life balance.

Cons

Extremely low salary for developers (25-35k+ below market) No 401k matching. Uses its own proprietary programming languages for nearly every part of the software, which may have worked better than existing solutions 50 years ago, but are left in the dust in every aspect by modern open source solutions. Teams spend years implementing worse versions of things that already exist and are free, only to stop supporting them almost entirely. The issue is to the extent that my honest opinion is that they do it to keep developers from having marketable skills. Almost no opportunity for advancement unless someone leaves.
