      Long hours, bad pay, unprofessional.... the list goes on

      Pros

      Young employees so it was fun getting to know people your age while you work. They have strong core values and do want to contribute to the community.

      Cons

      Because (generally) everyone starts this job out of college, this leads to a lot of drama, gossip, and a very unprofessional environment. They claim to be "work hard play hard" but really they expect you to work long hours (7:30-at least 6pm) and then have maybe one happy hour a month. And if you don't/can't attend you are made to feel guilty. Long hours. If you want to leave before 6:00 be prepared for everyone to ask you why you left so early... Pay is extremely low for the hours and they are very transparent in how they do not want to compensate more then federally mandated. I saw at least one or two people a month get fired or quit while I was there

      Stay Away From This Agency

      Pros

      Honestly...nothing! The agency is pretty good presenting promises, which really does not translate to anything until they are fulfilled. Beware!

      Cons

      This agency just drop you like a mic when there's a fallout between them and the contracted facility. There's no plan B to save you, which can leave you jobless for weeks or even longer!

      Pros

      Hourly rate, online time card system very convenient

      Cons

      Not honest about length of assignment, try to convince you that job can be perm. knowing it wont. Say they will send you a gift card as incentive that never comes. Not honest about end of assignment, manager of company and Medix had different stories
