      A good thing about this job is that I was paid weekly

      Cons

      I one of the cons is that once they hire you, there’s no real clear layout of who you report to, oh your bosses, it just makes things a little confusing.

      Pros

      -Really good people who work here, who genuinely care about the person sitting next to them. -Instituted mental health days a few years back that has been received well. -Technology enhancements that have better supported the sales teams.

      Cons

      -Culture has transitioned from one of pursued truth and doing the right thing to positive image reinforcement, tone deaf to the toxic environment that pervades throughout. -Lack of receptivity and openness in discussing the challenges within the work itself, or to share any sort of constructive feedback to leadership about decisions being made (that often take in little to no input or consensus-building). -Uses "culture" as a diversion to sky-rocketing turnover rate - which has pushed out a lot of really talented people / tenured leaders. -Inclusion, is driven by how well you're liked. Which is informed by how loudly one speaks about Medix core values, rather than a constructive review of the work that is actually being done.
