      Pros

      Good training program out of college.

      Cons

      Poor leadership created by friendship. Account Managers were always late but had a good relationship with the Sales Manager therefore nothing was said. No room for growth

      Pros

      Medix focuses on positively impacting lives. It truly lives up to the mission. They ensure the employees have a great work environment as well as the talent they place. As a company, we do lots of philanthropy to do our part in the community. Medix is also innovative and will take a leap of faith on new ideas brought by employees.

      Cons

      Upper leadership has had limited work experience outside of staffing and can have difficulty thinking outside the box. It takes a little longer to get them on board, but at least they will listen.

      Pros

      The Rockville is a good startup job for college graduates- but not a career. Management is fun and lively.

      Cons

      Medix provided little to no training when I first started. The office has a frat boy atmosphere and no room for growth in the branch offices.
