      Pros

      Medix overall has a good environment and nice people in each office. The Pittsburgh office is no exception. Paid Gym membership!

      Cons

      Some of the drawbacks are long work days and the overall ups and downs of the staffing industry. High turnover within the office.

      Thanks for your feedback. Staffing is a demanding industry to work in, but the reward of being able to create opportunity and put the right people in the right jobs is great! We recently reexamined and made changes to our recruiting commission structure, but we still passed your suggestion along to our leadership team for future consideration.

      Pros

      The environment is each office and the people you work with make the hard days worth it, helping people find jobs and impacting lives everyday is so rewarding.

      Cons

      Long Hours- working 9+ hours a day and it's non-stop but it's the only way to see results!

      Pays well for a contract position. Easily accessible consultants.

      Cons

      Bad benefits. No paid holidays.
