      -Opportunity to become a leader at a very young age -Become a stockholder within the first few years-while the stock price is low and only heading north -The opportunity to create a career path that you feel best suits you -The People-live by core values, fun, smart, driven, energetic, competitive, team-oriented -You can be yourself! -Be a part of something special. Help GROW a company.

      Cons

      -Tough industry: requires employees to do nothing but OUTWORK the competition to get ahead -It is hard for recent college graduates to stomach working harder and making less money than their friends in the short term in order to set themselves up for long-term financial success

      Pros

      A very good place to start as your first job. You'll learn alot and know what it means to have a great work ethic

      Cons

      A couple of years ago I would say this is the place to go, but seeing the direction they've gone in the past 6 months I wouldn't recommend it anymore. It's becoming a revolving door as they're overworking people (55+ hours a week is the norm) and paying them very low. You have to get in with the good ole boys club to even think of advancing
