Pros

Job availability for entry level students that are just out of college They were flexible with time off if you really needed it

Cons

$35,000 bas pay for a 60 hours work week and the commission structure was nothing to brag about If they were going to pay so low they should have paid 100% for health benefits or paid for a vacation lol The commission structure was demoralizing Someone living in Pittsburgh, PA making 35K and someone living in Rockville, MD for 35K does not add up. It was inhuman and unrealistic for the company to think that someone could live off of 35K in MD. If you are not living with roommates, on someones couch, or with your parents...this is not the job for you!

Pros

-The other people that you are spending 55+ hours a week with -You get to help people find a job -There is the potential to make good commission if the people you have on contract work 40+ hours a week

Cons

-Long Hours -Atrocious training for Account Executives/Recruiters -They nickel and dime -Salaries are not based upon region -When you are promoted you DO NOT get a pay raise (You take on 3x the responsibility and you are paid the exact same) but your commission % gets slightly adjusted -Management does not know what they are doing, but will still tell you to "follow in their foot steps" -Weekly goals are not reachable unless you work on the weekends (No one hits their "numbers")
