      Unstable company growth

      Pros

      Was a good company to work for when it was privately owned.

      Cons

      Is now publicly traded and using COVID sales growth to sell. Now that COVID healthcare work has died off the company is scrambling to keep investors happy. A lot of Lay Offs now, especially recruiter and cooperate level. Loyalty means nothing anymore.

      Employment Seekers Beware!

      Pros

      The pay was pretty comparable to market value.

      Cons

      Management likes to implement processes as a way to micromanage their employees. Not very open to change and new technology. Stuck in the, "we've been doing this for 20 years" mentality.

      Stay away, unless you’re willing to throw away your work-life balance

      The people you work with are cool (for the most part)

      Cons

      Unrealistic quota, and hitting quota isnt enough. If your not exceeding quota by the time you’re done training, expect to be let go
