      Pros

      I really cannot think of any pros working for this company

      Cons

      You are hired long enough for the agent to get their commission, then they will replace you to retain another commission. You will make less working for a staffing agency, no human resource to back you up, and absolutely no health or financial benefits. In addition, there is no potential growth or pay raises

      Just another sub par Staffing Company

      Pros

      Pay was ok, Promises of a great Career opportunity, Tainted starting promises.

      Cons

      They have you running around on "Your time" without any compensation doing all kinds of testing. Be lucky if you start on the promised start date or have to wait over 3 weeks to actually start. Be lucky if they even get back to any of your emails or calls if you have a need, unless the contracted company has a issue. You are just a dollar amount to boost their numbers, Remember that. Get everything in formal writing no matter what it is, Anything else is hearsay. Contracts changed after signed between you and them. Make sure you CYA and document everything from these clowns.

      Pros

      When you first start, you feel like this company really cares about your growth because they offer a lot of training material with their six month training program. There are a ton of videos and blogs to review to help you expand your knowledge on a variety of topics.

      Cons

      The pay and commission structure is not the best, it’s below the average of any company I’ve ever heard of. Sales people get all the credit for the recruiters work. A lot of people here are extremely judgmental though they act like they aren’t. If you’re not making money for the company from the start, you aren’t valued. You’re just a money maker here, not an individual.
