      Remote positions are available depending on where you are located

      Cons

      They tell you the company puts "culture first" which is really just them trying to cover the toxicity. They say they value their employees and then terminate an entire division without notice Managers do not listen and do not take action Leadership asks for reviews and then does not do anything with the feedback

      Not a lot of growth opportunities as a corporate employee

      Pros

      Love the people, mostly everyone is great to work with.

      Cons

      I am sure this is different for the field, but the pay is extremely low for corporate employees. There are not a lot of growth opportunities for you to move up.
