      Pros

      The pay was pretty comparable to market value.

      Cons

      Management likes to implement processes as a way to micromanage their employees. Not very open to change and new technology. Stuck in the, "we've been doing this for 20 years" mentality.

      50/50 for staffing

      Pros

      There is clear career progression and you can earn a lot if you work hard and have good leaders.

      Cons

      Staffing can be tough and transactional. Base salary needs to reflect current economic needs though.

      Cons

      I was moved around the company a lot into 3 different roles in my 8 months there.
