      Pros

      Very clear expectations, good people and they give you plenty of resources to succeed. Clear promotion structure although it is a tough ladder to climb at times

      Cons

      Long hours, mentally it can be extremely tough. If you truly want to succeed and win more than others, you will not have a good work life balance but that is probably with most staffing agencies.

      People you work with PTO seems fair

      Cons

      Continued promotion of leaders that are not successful and unaware of what is actually going on in their team/division. When you provide feedback it's not heard or the response is defensive and nothing changes. Or you have the complete opposite where leaders are too in the weeds of the day to day stepping on toes of the account executives.

      Pros

      -people are awesome -mental health days (although they may take away in the future)

      Cons

      -bought out by private equity and things have taken a toll for the worst -forcing employees back in the office when hired remotely or hybrid for no reason than "culture" -benefits aren't great and are super expensive -leader in Chicago isn't a good leader. People are leaving left and right and have negative feedback about him and he is still in his role not doing well. -CEO is stuck in his ways with being in the office 5 days a week -pay isn't great -have taken away resources to do our jobs and expect more out of us
