      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Pay is way less than industry average. Target audience is college grads.

      Cons

      Can and will fire you if they do not like you. No paperwork or performance plan needed.

      Pros

      PTO Plan, Hybrid environment, a lot of happy hours. Most of the people you work with are pretty nice and young. The company's values are in the right place, but they don't always follow through with them.

      Cons

      The job itself feels as though you are putting in a lot more than you get out of it compensation-wise. The commission structure is pretty dismal compared to a lot of other Recruiting Agencies. Leadership is not great. They try to convince you to work more hours than you are paid and only tend to promote their "buddies" simply because they are friends. These are just a couple of the big things that drove me away. If I could go back I would get a different job.

      the people are amazing! best part! good amount of happy hours as well

      expected to work veryy long hours, based on unrealistic and unattainable metrics, micromanaged
