      Okay place to work if you have no life outside of work

      The CEO is mission driven You feel connected to your co-workers because you are grinding together Help with student loan repayment

      Cons

      Long hours - 7:30-5:30 M-F (you feel guilty if you have to leave early for anything) Lack of upward mobility Takes a long to time to start earning a sufficient salary - about 1-2 years before you make ANY commission
