-Everyone who works here is always posting like, gushing 'I love this place so much' posts on LinkedIn and its like, blink twice if you need help -If you're a recent college grad, really I beg you do not waste your time here, every year they hire a big batch of new grads and fire all but 1 or 2 of them after a few months after pumping a lot of hours and work out of you guys, just save yourself the hassle and listen to the 600 negative reviews on here -the culture really is a boys club frat house so like, if you thrive in that environment then this is the place for you -I remember once the office leader called me out in front of everyone in the office to scold me for showing up at 8:06 instead of 8am, and for having street shoes on, so, you know it's not a super great environment, you feel really watched and scrutinized. -Just don't do it man -and oh my god the pay was low, like so low that while I was working there full time, in a downtown corporate office, I qualified for government housing because they paid me so little, and when I asked for a raise they said I had to wait and that office coordinators got a whole 25 cent an hour raise at the new year! Like are you joking?

-TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM- *EXTREMELY MICROMANAGED* They pretend that they care about you as a person, your success and growth, but once you start struggling (out of your control) they basically give you unrealistic goals that they do NOT help you with and if you don't meet them you get fired without any notice. The "leaders" could not give less of a sh*t about you -The pay is NO where near enough for how much stress and pressure they put on you to fill the minimal amount business they had - The commission structure is an actual joke!!!!! -Every upper person at this company favorites the Sales people over the Recruiters (They only fire recruiters and never anyone on the sales team) - They changed in the middle of the year from being fully remote to making their employees come in 3 days a week (not what anyone signed up for) - Extremely metrics based (you get penalized for not hitting your spread goal even though the real issue is that the they have no business for anyone to gain spread) -DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE! I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT!
