Pros

Compensation upside is through the roof. It is hard to get there, but there is no limit on success and there are a good number of employees making a GREAT living working here. The people who work here (the good ones, who get it and don't complain) are great as well.

Cons

You have to work hard AND smart to see success. Which is only a con for non hard working people.

Pros

Overall Medix is a great place to work as a recruiter. A lot of reviews have been pretty negative lately, but also this is a metrics based role and if you aren't delivering, then maybe it just isn't a great fit. Recruiting is not for everyone with high highs and low lows but that is just the job. They do hire a lot of new grads so I think just lack of perspective doesn't help either because any job is hard. People here really are willing to help you when needed, and there are opportunities for growth

Cons

The equity across lines of business could be better. Metrics shouldn't be a one size fits all just based on the size of the candidate pool/difficulty of a req, so I definitely think that could be adjusted to be more fair.
