Great environment!

Pros

The environment is honestly one of the best I have experienced. They are very supportive, and give mental health days as well as plenty of team outtings. You have a lot of room to grow and can grow quickly depending on how you perform. The people are just unmatched and I absolutley love the team and company values.

Cons

The pay - its not the best for a seasoned recruiter and it will take longer to climb the ladder. If you are a new grad, the pay is very reasonable. The benefits however are very good!

paid weekly; other than that, nothing

Cons

The contract differed wildly from what was discussed during recruitment. The project I'm on was not scoped or staffed properly, and the client keeps adding requirements that were not part of the deal. There are also stiff penalties in the contract.
