      Team-oriented environment with opportunities to improve speed

      Pros

      Everybody is on ProTrack so the quicker you pick or pack a product results in a pay boost. You need to stay accurate especially when dealing with medical supplies. Very nice staff and lunch provided on weekends.

      Cons

      Certain employees not finishing their work and pushing it off to you. The mentors there show you in depth and show shortcuts for streamlining processes however so the work pushed off gives you more of an opportunity to get quicker.

      Pros

      Decent pay, work from home Monday and Friday.

      Cons

      The IT department is severely underperforming and it affects nearly every team in the organization. Leadership appears disengaged and has done little to address what is clearly a systemic problem. I would caution anyone whose role depends on reliable IT support to think carefully before accepting a position here.
