Pros

The company is in the high growth medical supply industry. The company itself is very profitable, with no debt.

Cons

Management does not seem to understand how to deal with the lower rungs of the rank and file. A lot of hourly employees in at least division are not being treated with respect. They value profit margins too much. Pay is low in some positions when compared to industry averages.
