Pros
As a long term employee of Medmarc there are many reasons why I stay. Work life balance is typical for the Washington DC area. You work hard you are recognized and have a career path. I have personally experienced this plus have seen a few good temp to hire positions move up. There is a team focus to get things done. That comes from us being a small company for so many years and not having a “That’s not my job attitude”.
Cons
We were once a privately held small company and now we are part of a larger organization. With that comes some challenges to move the ball forward since before you could walk down the hall to solve a problem. As a larger company we are not so nimble to change.
