Pros

The company is growing so rapidly there is a lot of opportunity for the current staff. The employees are friendly and you also can't beat the perks at Medpace: free onsite gym, complimentary daily lunch, casual dress, and company bonus.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, but it can take time to hire and train people, so a lot of employees can feel the stress and take on a large workload as we go through these growing pains.

They will train CRAs with no experience

Cons

The management sets you up to fail. They company doesn't pay up to industry standards. I left of my own accord and counted that as a victory because they fire people with little or no cause. They also burn you out with travel.
