Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

This company does not have respect for employees. If a company does not respect the individual who works for them then I would not rely on a drugs they study. Management is lacking proper training to work with individuals. I strongly believe a company should not hire or promote individuals without a management degree or years of experience. I suggest all candidates look elsewhere for a permanent position. If you want to work for a company that will show you respect and provide you with a strong future, this is not the place for you. Don't let the salary wow you because it can be gone in an instant. Training at this company is poor and then management blame the employee.

Pros

Great salary and bonuses package when available.

Cons

Health and dental plans are expensive when compared to other place I worked. Management is old school and based on old buddies from the past who have not really evolved in management and leadership skills. Very high school mentality. The lab is a rather toxic environment but employees are staying mainly because of the money...

Pros

Free lunch, work out room, good salary.

Cons

Mid-level management is ineffective with higher management in getting needed changes in place to improve the company. Often such projects are just put off "until another year." Executives primarily concerned about coming in under budget. No room for advancement or encouragement to advance to higher levels. IT Support group stopped training for some reason. Merit increase process was very vague. You have no idea if you're going to get one or not or how much of one it will be if you are going to get one. Culture is very much "everyone for themselves" and rife with nepotism.
