Cons
Your salary will be (way) below market standards, you will not get promoted quickly or move up even if it makes sense and the department needs it. The red tape in this company is ridiculous. Bad supervisors get to stick around while undervalued employees that make a difference get fed up and leave. You won't be eligible for a raise until 1 year after you work there (for most departments) and HR purposefully schedules your yearly review one week before you're year anniversary. So you can't even get a raise for another six months when your next review is scheduled. Its sneaky things like this that show you that Medpace does not really value it's employees. At all.
