Pros

Very good training and support, financial and verbal recognition from the management for those who performed, very nice office atmosphere and lovely young team. Recently relocated to the City to stunning offices with free onsite gym and swimming pool.

Cons

The team has grown a lot over the years and it was harder to connect with everyone and get to know each other. Now it`s just like any other corporate environment
