Dysfunctional company, understaffed, old legacy software. Company operates with lack of process, startup type environment. Expect to wear many hats, constant firefighting and unexpected emergency issues come up all week due to poor planning and unstable software.

The management was terrible and I was given very little assistance when it came to the actual job to even just setting up my remote machine. There was also no room for any career advancement. The PTO sounds great as they call it FTO but they do not actually want you to use it and they cap it out even though the policy doesn't state there is a limit. I had COVID and since management coded it as FTO instead of COVID time they refused time off later for abusing FTO. Management was very condescending and did not listen to employees. HR was so unprofessional that when they let me go, they sent me paperwork with someone else's name on it and told me that I could get my information and print my letter sent to my work email post the termination conversation and then they locked me out unable to contact anyone or get severance paperwork, I had to call and leave messages all over to get it.
