Pay appraisal was bad HR was not helping the employee but was helping the managers Any overtime work your doing they will not pay. If your production is 100% over they will not pay you extra If your production is 110% or more depending on who is reviewing your work then they will pay you extra that to is very less for the amount for extra work you are doing. If you work hard and put in extra hours to get 100+ production the one appreciation you will get is that they will increase your production table Managers only care about their promotion and not your well-being.
