Exposure to customer, as the hierarchy is very thin, you get a chance to get directly involved with the nitty gritties of customer interaction.
Cons
Very limited customer based, job insecurity is very high, lot of favoritism, politics and infighting can be found which will hamper the chance of growing within the organisation. Limited oppurchunity for growth.
