      Pros

      They start off by telling you it's a family environment and that they care about their employees. The people that I work with are what makes it bearable and the work is pretty easy.

      Cons

      They show you how they "care" about their employees by cutting hours, even from full time and making you do the work of 5 people so they can avoid hiring the correct amount of people.

      Pros

      Easy work to count things. Steady hours and you finish early in teh day to have a life.

      Cons

      Toxic culture - though I think that may have been just my manager from my understanding. VERY physical job - more than they let on in the interview process.
