Pros
Every store has a different "culture" depending on the people who work there and will mostly be influenced by your direct management or team leaders. In this case I worked directly with great people. -great fellow employees -10% employee discount on all general merchandise -a break every two hours (15 paid, 30 unpaid, 15 paid minutes)
Cons
-working all weekends -12 point system -harassment for calling off -under employment -lack of opportunity or promotion -very poor quality and poorly maintained working tools and equipment, unsafe -very noticeable and apparent separation of higher management and team members -lack of job training and process training -lack of communication between departments and shifts
