Great insurance, profit sharing, and longevity bonuses are big examples but it is the little things each day that tell me this company really cares. They know me, they know my family, and they want me to have a great life. Every company I have worked for has allowed me to provide for my family, Melaleuca does that, but they also allow me to contribute to something much bigger. They really live their mission statement. The people are great, the work is demanding and challenging, the result is an environment that is extremely rewarding and a lot of fun! I am amazed at the growth opportunities available! In four years I have had three incredible promotions. My time with Melaleuca has been marked by tremendous personal growth, lasting friendships, and tangible results that have enhanced the lives of others while enriching my life as well.
