Pros

My coworkers were friendly and always willing to help. Everyone was always working on how to improve.

Cons

You need to apply for vacation time 12 months in advance or you're not getting that time off approved, the customer believes that if they complain enough they will get their way, 80% of the time they are right, I got docked points on a call if I did not apologize enough to someone about something missing or I forgot to offer a service, I should not have to offer a service! there isn't even a real benefit to being on the leaderboard.

Melaleuca is a family-run cafe and bakery and the attention to detail goes into everything they put out. It was a great place to work with a supportive team.
