Great work environment Wants you to succeed Does all it can to put you in the best position for success Encourages you to live a healthier life style, without being preachy or forceful.

Cons

I have nothing to to say negative about how the company runs its' business at this time. I do not agree fully with some of the personal beliefs of the upper management, but those beliefs do not interfere with how the business is run, and that is all that really matters.

set your own hours, learned about the benefits of Tea Tree Oil.

Cons

it takes a lot of leg work to spark some interest in the products and get orders for products or get people to sign on as preferred customers so that they buy every month.

Cons

The same time as starting promoting Melaleuca because thought I would get marketing exe that way but doing way better on melaleuca even though it is harder make customers join ?But I'm paying the cost of signup until June 2014
