Great people to work and collaborate with. Fast paced environment. Great benefits such as summer picnic and Christmas party. Coworkers are willing to share knowledge and help you succeed.

Cons

There are times of the year where work is extremely busy and it may require late nights and early mornings.

I love that I have the ability to work for a multibillion dollar global company while living in a beautiful and safe small town. I love that the company has posted 3 decades of growth and has never had a layoff. I work with amazing people and I have never been asked to do anything dishonest or immoral

Cons

Melaleuca has outgrown many of its processes and systems, so you feel the growing pains. If you have to hire complex roles it can take a while to find qualified people willing to relocate to Idaho Falls
